August Painting Class

Annie Sloan Painting Class

This past Saturday I was so honored to teach nine of the loveliest ladies a few of my favorite painting techniques.  They all did a wonderful job and put their individual mark on each piece.

My fabulous assistant and I set up the day before so we’d be sure we had everything ready to go first thing in the morning.

Kellie started out with this yellow stool.  She used ASCP in French Linen.  We left the seat fabric the same because ironically enough it matched what she needed it for.  Bonus!

Tabetha chose a window to paint and used ASCP in Provence.  She’s going to hang it and put her pictures behind the glass.

Susie picked this little side table and decided to paint it in ASCP Provence.  She did a great job distressing it.

Kristen chose this little nightstand.  She painted it in ASCP Provence.  It’s going to be used as storage in her kiddos bathroom.

Carrie took such time painting this chair in ASCP Emperor’s Silk.  It looked fantastic when she finished and will be great in any room.

Debbie painted her little round side table in ASCP Old White.  It turned out fabulous and I even convinced her to do a little distressing on it.

Gail decided ASCP Duck Egg was the color for her.  She left the top of her piece natural and did quite a bit of distressing.  It turned out beautiful.

Christine used ASCP Provence on her side table and did just a bit of distressing.  It really was great to see two different looks on the same pieces.
