A Visit with Petticoat Junktion

Hi everyone!  Today I want to introduce you to my sweet friend Kathy of Petticoat Junktion.  Kathy has an eye for “junk” like you wouldn’t believe and can turn seeminly useless things into works of art.  I’m so blessed to know her and call her friend and I hope you guys will enjoy her blog and kind spirit as much as I do.

I want to thank my friend Beth for inviting me to share a little about Petticoat Junktion with you.

Beth and I met at the Haven Conference last August.

Actually we met by phone before the conference and met in person when we drove to Atlanta together.

It’s a good thing we hit it off.

Beth is one of my best friends now.

Isn’t it funny how things happen?

So lucky to be going to Haven, and getting to spend time with blogger friends, enjoy yourselves.
Junkin’ ah my favorite thing to do besides figuring out where to put junk I find and what I’ll do to make it pretty.
In fact think I need to get off here to go to local thrift store, but would really like to go to Goodwill and Habitat. Better stay away from Habitat, last time we went there I bought a great couch, so happy with it. So happy that if I hadn’t found it I had threatened to burn the old couch I never liked/hated. I really took a leap of faith I could work spending money on couch in to my non budget. Was a long 5 weeks til we got paid again yesterday, lol. Happy summer days kids.

    1. Thanks! I can’t wait to meet you either Christy!!!!
