Miss Mustard Seed’s Grain Sack and Hemp Oil Coffee Table
Since I became a Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint retailer, I’ve been trying out all the colors.
This solid oak coffee table was a perfect candidate for some milk paint. It was in pretty good condition when I bought it but it definitely needed refinishing.
I decided to paint it with Grain Sack. It’s a great subtle color that I thought would go well with any decor.
I applied about two coats of milk paint. I wanted to distress this piece so I wasn’t to picky about it all getting a solid coat.
I did most of my distressing on the sides and bottom.
Then I used the Hemp Oil to seal it. Hemp Oil is another great product Miss Mustard Seed offers. You apply 2-3 coats with a rag. And then after it has soaked in you remove the excess.
So what do you think of Grain Sack?
