Monday Musings #2

Hi everyone!  How was your weekend?  Mine was great in many ways and not so great in others.  But that’s life, isn’t it?  You’ve just got to take it as it comes.  I’m continually glad that His mercies are new every morning.   

Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God, who made heaven and earth,  the sea, and all that is in them, who keeps faith forever. Psalms 146:5-6

On the hopper this week….I plan to finish these kitchen cabinets…..

start on a crib painting project and continue part two of my series showing you guys how to strip furniture.

I’m also planning to finish some things here around the house, like getting my porches cleaned and my patio furniture spruced up.  I’ve been so busy working on client projects that my house has taken a backseat and it’s becoming painfully evident.

You may remember when I painted my patio cushions here.  Well they stayed out all winter and my silly basset hounds used them as beds so I’m going to give them a good cleaning and see if they need another coat of paint.

So that’s what I’ll be up to.  I hope you’ll join me here and on my Facebook page and we’ll do this week together.  One day at a time.
