{Themed Furniture Makeover Day} Red Hutch
Today is gonna be lots of fun for you guys and for me because it’s themed furniture makeover day!!!! And the theme is red. I am sure all the bloggers participating in this tour are going to knock our socks off! Let’s check it out!
For my project I chose this gorgeous red by General Finishes called Holiday Red. It is such a rich deep color.
Red is one of my favorite colors because it never goes out of style and can add a fun color pop to any room. Do you have anything red in your house? This hutch wasn’t for me but for a client of mine although I do have several red things in my house.
It was really boring before. I apologize that I don’t have a before photo. I have so many photos of furniture on my Macbook that sometimes it is impossible to find the one I am searching for. But just trust me on this one. It was boring and ugly.
After a couple coats of paint and some Van Dyke Brown glaze it’s now a show-stopper!
Be sure and check out all the great red furniture projects by my blogging friends! See you soon!
